Maternity Traders acquires used maternity clothes from various homes. Some of these homes may have pets, resulting in clothes with pet dander. At Maternity Traders, we do clean the clothes and try to remove the pet hair the best we can. However, we cannot guarantee the clothes are completely free of pet dander.

All items are “used” and NOT in new condition. All items are clearly marked on our website as to condition, along with pictures. All inventory items are clearly vetted, including pictures and full descriptions. If a returned item has new or additional damage of any type, no refund will be offered.

A return form needs to be submitted within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Returned items must be sent back to Maternity Traders within 10 business days after receiving a “return confirmation email.” Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased and still have the tag on. If you do not meet these requirements, your returned item(s) will be forfeited.

Returned items will be credited back to you for the full amount of the purchase price in the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping of returned, unwanted items.

Please allow for 5 business days for returns to be processed upon receipt.

• Please provide your order number and the SKU’s for the items you are returning.

• Maternity Traders will not cover the shipping costs for returns.

After submitting a purchase form and pictures, please allow up to 3 business days for reviewing. Once reviewed, an offer will be made if we decide to purchase. If we decide not to purchase, you will be notified. We will pay between $1 – $3 for an item.

Locally

• If you are local to Kenosha, WI, we will gladly come to you within a 20 mile radius.
• Outside of that 20 mile radius we can set a meeting place up to 30 minutes.

Nationally

• If anywhere else in the country, you are more than welcome to ship to us. We do offer free shipping labels.
• We also offer a guaranteed purchase as long as the clothes are the same as in the pictures and the same conditions as they appear in the pictures.
• Payment will be made via PayPal.

We do not ship orders out of the United States.

Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 2 business days and shipped within 3 business days.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

This promotion is valid for Maternity Traders orders of $85 or more in the same order. Qualifying amount applies to merchandise shipped via economy shipping to US domestic ground locations, including Alaska and Hawaii. The value of the offer is not redeemable for cash or equivalent. Not valid on prior purchases. Offer is subject to change without notice.
